When will my order be shipped?

We ship our plants according to your specific USDA hardiness zone and the appropriate planting time for your region. Most bare-root items are shipped between January and May.

Do you offer a survival guarantee on your plants?

Yes, we offer a limited warranty on our nursery stock. If your plant fails to leaf out or grow during its first growing season, please contact us by August 1st to receive a store credit.

How are the plants packaged for transit?

Our plants are professionally packed with moisture-retention materials and secured in heavy-duty cardboard boxes to ensure they arrive dormant and healthy at your doorstep.

Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?

Changes can be made to your order as long as it has not yet entered the shipping process. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to request modifications.

What should I do if my plants arrive during a freeze?

If your package arrives during extreme cold, bring it indoors to a cool, frost-free area like a garage or basement. Do not let the roots freeze or dry out before you are able to plant.

Do you ship to all 50 states?

We ship to most states within the continental US. However, due to strict agricultural regulations, some plants cannot be shipped to specific states like California, Hawaii, or Oregon.
