At Raintree Nursery, we want you to be successful with your plants and offer a limited warranty to ensure you receive healthy, viable stock. If your order arrives damaged or fails to leaf out after proper planting, we are committed to providing a credit or replacement to help your garden thrive.

Return Process

    Initial Inspection

    Inspect your plants immediately upon arrival and notify us within 48 hours if there is any visible shipping damage or if the items do not match your order.

  • 2.
    Submit a Claim

    Contact our customer service team via our online portal with your order number, clear photos of the plant, and a description of the issue.

  • 3.
    Dormancy Verification

    For plants that fail to grow, perform a 'scratch test' to check for green tissue and allow a reasonable window for the plant to break dormancy as per our regional planting guides.

  • 4.
    Resolution

    Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will issue a store credit for the purchase price or arrange for a replacement to be shipped during the next available planting season.
